Catiators Ocicats is in Charleston, West Virginia, which is centrally located on the East Coast of the United States. It's an easy day's drive from most of the eastern population centers, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, D.C., Virginia, Kentucky, North Carolina. We also ship, and have placed kittens around the United States and Canada (we offer a poor exchange rate discount!).
